Wow January's nearly up... (nearly at Imbolc). Don't know what I've done with the last month... besides a lot of cooking and exercise. That reminds me I've lost 20bs since the start of November :0) (that last pound took 2 weeks to shift) only another 40 to go for a 'healthy' weight.
Been watching the Australian Open this week.... think I may have mentioned that, once or twice, in various places, on an almost daily basis. Men's final tomorrow morning (at least in my timezone) kind of excited Murray Vs Federer. Being British I have to support Murray of course, which is funny because in all his other match ups I root for Federer (he plays such pretty tennis and he seems like a nice guy so I always want to play in the next round). Should be a good match though whoever wins if they both play at their best.
Er... Um this post doesn't seem to really have a point. Oh well, consider this I am still alive and talking rubbish post. Should have some fic ready in the next couple of days I am about 90% on several different bits but keep dithering.

Sounds like you had as much to lose as I do - shifting 60 pounds would get me to a weight I'd be happy with, but I'd have to shift another 14 to be 'healthy'. Any tips or secrets? I am great at helping other people but not so good at doing it myself!

I use the daily plate at livestrong: http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate
to log my food and it keeps me on track (it's free to register). I quite like it because it lets me track the number of calories but also the amount of protein, fat, carbs, sugar, fibre etc I'm eating so I know I'm getting a good mix.
Other than that it's all decided when I go to the supermarket... if I have junk food in the house I'm doomed but if everything in the house is healthy(ish) I manage. And lots of exercise of course.
