I'm pretty happy I'm back down to my normal pre unemployment weight... Still overweight but no longer obese.
I use the daily plate at livestrong: http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate to log my food and it keeps me on track (it's free to register). I quite like it because it lets me track the number of calories but also the amount of protein, fat, carbs, sugar, fibre etc I'm eating so I know I'm getting a good mix.
Other than that it's all decided when I go to the supermarket... if I have junk food in the house I'm doomed but if everything in the house is healthy(ish) I manage. And lots of exercise of course.
