Have actually started to write something for my hlh_shortcuts fic... it's a miracle. I have a whole 120 words done (all at work... :0)). Of course I only really have the one scene firm in my mind, hopefully the rest of the story will come to me later. Though another plot bunny that would work sprung up whilst waiting for the bus this morning. Maybe I'll start writing both and see which one flows better as I go.

I've sort of forgotten about the Mag7 mininano for the last few days, oops, am going back to it now. Why is it the only time I want to write is when I'm at work, and am thus... supposed to be working.... on things that aren't fanfiction. After all if I do it at work, I would probably have to say I get paid for doing it, plus you know eventually my bosses will complain that none of my work gets done.

In other news, now that I have been in my job 6 months (how did that happen it was supposed to be a short thing until I got a proper job) I get free gym membership. This means free gym, free swimming, free classes and free activities at any city council leisure centre. Brilliant :0)!!! So now I am back to regular exercise for the first time in months. Went to a gym induction on Sunday, swimming on Monday and today I'm going back to the gym. My shoulders and calves hate me but otherwise I feel fantastic. Hopefully that will get the scales moving downwards again too, would be nice to get down to the 140's for Christmas, it's great though when I think this time last year I was 195 lbs.

Yeah, writing fic at work - it's always so much easier. Probably same reason why bad food tastes so good ;)

I have thus far utterly failed to do anything on the hlh fic, it's very bad, I have no clue what to write and a rapidly decreasing amount of time to write it in *sigh*

I'm not panicking, it mostly keeps slipping my mind with everything else happening at the mo, which is pretty sad. I just don't want to rush something rubbish off or even worse, fail to complete it, and disappoint my recipient.

Good luck on your writing, I hope one of the ideas works.

The gym membership sounds like a nice perk.

Thank you, I'm sure something will work, jsut maybe not any of my current plans :0) that's always the way.

The gym membership is a fantastic perk, I'm really pleased.

Muses will do what they want and that goes double for working with Methos.
