Thingy's the technical term.... didn't you know.
Feel strangely unsettled and disturbed by this new function, it makes me nervous to use LJ at all. New inbuilt paranoia has me logging out of facebook just so I won't somehow accidently post something from LJ there.... Really do not want to introduce my colleagues and extended family to my LJ account in any way shape or form. (If I wanted them to find me my username would have been my actual name). So have no fear friends I will not be reposting anything from anybody there .... or on twitter for that matter.
I don't know what I think about someone else reposting something from my journal, I guess if it's unlocked it doesn't matter, anyone can read it anyway.... though I think on the whole I would rather that people didn't. Locked posts being reposted definitely would upset me though so please don't. Though I think the general consensus seems to be that no one on my flist intends to use that function anyway.
