WTF

All my user pics have disappeared?!? What? why? I don't get it? The labels for them are still there but no pictures. Have i accidently changed some setting or something or is LJ just being strange?

EDIT:  Oh look I'm not the only one, looks like a couple of others have disappeared too.

EDIT: Ahhh it's firefox I can see them on internet explorer. It won't load yahoo mail either. Anyone any ideas what settings I need to change to get it back?

EDIT: Yay they're back apparently I had to clear my cache. So all done now so now I can see all the pretty pictures and my awful attempts at icons. Thank you for the suggestions.

I don't have the slightest idea, but I'm using firefox, and all's ok O_o You sure you didn't change anything? Or maby just try closing it, and opening again?

Tried that and restarting my computer just in case but I think that somesort of setting or something has been changed. It's definately something wrong with my computer then not a general firfox error. Thanks.

you might not have have enough graphic memory available. are you running something else that might be interfering with its productivity?


wait... if you're good with IE and it's just firefox that's giving you issues, up on the tool bar, drop down the 'tools', and choose 'options'. under options you have item choices - main, tabs, content, feeds, security... etc. click on the 'content' icon. there's a list of items that will be checked, or not: "block pop-up windows", "load images immediately" ... is the box check for 'load images immediately'? if not, check it and see where you are.
