Preventing facebook crossposting

I'm sure some people are getting bored of this whole facebook thing, but for those like me who are concerned about people crossposting their entries to facebook thought I'd spread a couple of links. Don't know if people have already seen these but a couple of people have come up with semi fixes which will stop anyone from seeing the crossposting buttons so long as they are viewing in your style. Not perfect by any means as it can be worked round but should prevent most honest mistaken overenthusiasm.

These seem to be two slightly different ways of doing the same thing. 2 is a little more step by step, for those like me  who are less computer literate.
