It allows you to download it in different formats, so you can search it as you please.
I did note that it doesn't have crack_van entries after July 2010, though, so it isn't completely up to date, but it appears to be just for viewing (good, since I could mess it up by trying to add things, even with good intentions). Not too many recent entries, though, as the rec'ers seem to have been lax lately.
