Thank you! It's a departure from my usual style of teasing dialogue and a fandom I'm new to, so it's nice to know it worked.

I tried to fit in lots of different ideas, Silas makes such a fun POV to do this because (it always seemed to me) he noted what happens without judgement or even much curiosity so it's all just there stated as fact leaving us to make the connections.
